It’s been recorded for later consumption. It’ll be interesting given I recently ran a Dark Ages Cthulhu scenario called The Lost Saga featuring a long ship voyage from Greenland to Vinland.
Thanks Wiggy! Strangely enough, they’ve just been through that very encounter and it didn’t end as well as it could have (one frostborn dead, one Kenaz cleric dead, lots of villagers dead – damned paladin of Tiw). The consequences of that have yet to catch up with them (Kev, don’t read this bit LOL).
I’m going to flavour things a bit more to the more off-hand trappings, some of which I particularly like the look of.
And wandering around in known lands looking like a coldfire elemental is sure to bring the forces of justice a-calling.
Thanks all. I guess I was panicking a little and not thinking ahead far enough. I’m sure I’ll get around it to everyone’s satisfaction.
Panic mode – ended.
£134 to full funding! Great going all!
Want, want, want, want…
Thanks Wiggy, that was my inclination too but it was mentioned when it was play tested.
Thanks for the heads up. I was able to find a suitable Arabian Nights free font elsewhere. It’s not the real thing but it’s close enough.
I’ve been using Fantasygrounds for 4+ years now, mostly for Savage but also for a few other bits and pieces.
The development for Savage really is well advanced and has a core team of three developers working on it (one of whom, doswelk, is well known to the TAG team). Doswelk is also the developer who has completed all the Hellfrost conversions (as well as Necropolis). They are top quality conversions.
I’ve not used the Hellfrost setting on FG myself but have played in the Necropolis conversion and I’ve also run Rippers and bespoke Savage settings on there.
I’m currently playing in a 50 Fathoms plot point campaign on FG.
It’s a shame I didn’t see this post earlier as there was a virtual FG convention this last weekend and you could have played in something then to test the waters. Register and post on the FG forum, there’s a Savage section and I’m certain you’ll be welcomed and encouraged to join in!

I pledged at the £34 level for the hardback plus adding the cards separately.

I’ve received my playing cards but not my physical copy of TftS. Hopefully, it will arrive in time for me to use it when I run Reign of Fire at Expo for you guys.
