I had the library at Corbie evacuated last night. Smile Since this project is mainly fan driven, I'll swap my adventure seed out for yours.

Mine just had Richelieu's Guards sent to retrieve certain books that would otherwise be under lock and key. Smile

A grisly murder has happened inside the actual Cabinet Noir and the musketeers are tasked by Mr. De Tréville himself with solving the crime.
Besides the mangled body, all the musketeers find is an encrypted letter.

Which of the cryptographers can they trust to decipher the message?
In fact, who are the cryptographers to begin with?

A Musketeer on his way home froma night of revelry happens upon an attempted robbery. If he trys to prevent it the robber turns with surprising speed and the fight is on.

The robber catches the Musketeer with a deft move and the Musketeeer sinks to the alley floor, bleeding out and dying. The world goes dark.

He regains consciousness to find a young man chanting and waving his hands over his wounds. The flesh closes and while too weak to stand for the moment, the Musketeer has been spared a fatal wound.

"You've been healed with Magick. You are damned to Hell according to your Church's teachings. But you are still alive. Good luck."

The young man runs off down the alley.

History shows again and again, but we are too blind to see: Librarians need to have self-defense and seige tactics added to their course load. Why of why didn't Casey Ryback become a librarian?

Seed
A highly-respected musketeer has retired to a monastery to contemplate the life he has led. His twin sons came to Paris seeking to emulate his example in service to France, but after speaking with their father one joined the Cardinal's Guard instead of the King's Musketeers. Now the boys are fierce rivals, and their rashness may get one or both of them killed, shaming the father and both companies.

While on a mission in the countryside the Musketeers stop at a small town. The town mayor, a minor noble asks them to aid him in recovering his daughter who has been kidnapped by the town ruffian. This must be done quietly to protect her reputation.

When the party finds the girl they find out she has not been abducted, she has run away with the man she loves, who is the son of a rival family. They want to marry and end the bnitter feud between the families.

Which side will the Musketeers take, duty, honour and family obedience, or Love?

An urgent request for off-duty musketeers to come to Nevers is paid great attention by M.deTreville. In need is a very learned man and friar by the name of Mersenne who is being plagued by threats and demands from an anonymous source. Mersenne denies that he needs help, but it is obvious he is under stress. His students reveal that thugs visit regulalry to enforce a request that the friar devise a mathematical code no one can break. They cannot ,and Mersenne will not, reveal the source of the demand, nor the reasons for his desire to refuse it. How can the musketeers fulfill their Captain's orders, and respect the peaceful wishes of a man of the cloth at the same time? Is this a personal, or political plot?

Out of the blue, one of the Musketeers starts having vivid dreams of ripping apart a human victim with his bare hands and teeth. This happens to be 2 nights before the first night of the full moon. Has he somehow been turned into a werewolf! Is he somehow seeing through the eyes of a werewolf? Or is something else going on. Who can he turn to for help? His fellow Musketeers, a sympathetic priest, anyone?

A fellow musketeer, frequently broke between paydays, is renowned for being familiar with the Parisian Undercity, its denizens, and cuisine. He is found, raving like a madman and beaten within an inch of his life, cowering in an alley seeking to escape his attackers. He claims beggars are doing more than eating rat... "They are eating the Nobles... to become them!"
