1st July 2009 - Writing Competition is now CLOSED!
Monday saw the close of our first ever writing competition and WOW what a great respose we have had!
In fact its been almost overwelming. So please allow us to get through the many varied entries so that we
can find the winning entry. We do plan to publish as many as possible so we hope all the entries are winners!
Of course the overall winner will be chosen and get the big prize. We will post the winners hopefully in a
couple of weeks! In the meantime many thanks to all who took the time to enter.
24th June 2009 - The Devil's Chalice
New pulp adventure! This weeks release is The Devil's Chalice for the popular Daring Tales of Adventure series
and this time our heroes are in vampire country! Written by Paul 'Wiggy' Wade-Williams, this tale takes place
in the darkest reaches of eastern Europe amongst the wild Carpathian Mountains! Make sure you check out number

A ship crashing into Boston Harbor and a botched attempt by the Nazis to kidnap a Romanian scholar embroil

An endless winter is coming...
500 years ago: From the frozen far north, beyond the civilized lands with their rolling hills and forests,
arose a mighty army of frost giants, ice devils, Hellfrost dragons, and fearsome orcs, servants all of the ice
god Thrym. So began the terrible Blizzard War and the downfall of the mighty empires of man.
Today: The races of the southern lands may have won the war, but they suffer its legacy still.
For five centuries the winters have grown steadily longer and colder. Huge swathes of the land of
Rassilon are permanently covered in ice and snow, and even the temperate lands are not spared the misery
of failed harvests, deadly winters, and the dreaded Hellfrost wind.
But winter is not the only danger. A mere 30 years ago, magic, once the civilized races’ most potent weapon,
suddenly began to fail. The Siphoning, an effect of unknown origin, has made magic an unpredictable ally.

Hellfrost Adventure #03: Shadow of Darkness
We continue our Hellfrost theme this week with a brand new adventure! It is also part one of a new four part
mini campaign called Saga of the Frost Giants. This adventure can be played as a standalone game or part of
the mini campaign so you don't have to wait for the other three to begin playing.
Something Stirs In The Icebarrier Mountains
Joining a caravan as guards is a way to earn good money and see the world, though it is not without its risks.
Having signed up as guards, the heroes are about to take part in a journey from the relative safety of the lands
around Hellfrost Keep, home of the Hearth Knights, to the distant Saxa steads nestled in the forlorn Icebarrier
Mountains.
Together the characters and the small band of heavily-armed frost dwarves travelling with the caravan must weather
goblin attacks, for the fell creatures have stirred early this year and seem keen to make their presence felt.
It becomes clear the goblins are not acting alone. Something more powerful is behind their attacks, something
with grander plans than a few raids.
Shadow of Darkness can be played as a standalone adventure or as part one of a four-part mini-campaign arc
and includes maps and a set of Figure Flats by Jordan Peacock!

10th June 2009 - Convention Fever!
The TAG team went to Birmingham for the UK Games Expo over the weekend to bring Savage Worlds to the masses!
The three day convention started of with a bang when we arrived on the RPG Friday (new for Expo).
It seemed that Savage Worlds was extremely popular! We had 8 games running throughout the day even a 10 player
Necropolis game and it seemed that TAG would dominate the RPG scene for most of the weekend!
The Saturday and Sunday also saw our popular skirmish games get plenty of action and we had folk playing on our
Hellfrost demo and also Daring Tales of Adventure tables at the TAG booth constantly throughout the weekend!
So we'd like to thank all the TAG fans for showing up to support us and the convention.
Thanks to the UK Expo and Clarendon Suite staff who so expertly organised the weekend making it hugely enjoyable.
Also we'd like to thank all the TAG team for expertly running the booth and demos over the fun packed weekend.

3rd June 2009 - UK Games Expo!
On Friday 5th June, the UK Games Expo kicks off with a day packed full of RPG goodness!
The TAG team will be there in force and we hope to see as many UK Savages as possible.

20th May 2009 - TAG Writing Competition!
Dust off your keyboard and get your thinking caps on! We are looking for the most creative folk out there to get
involved with TAG directly in our writing competition. We are looking for short scenarios for a new series of
free downloadable Ace Tales which will be coming soon. Each encounter should include an interesting idea or plot
and should include stats for creatures and/or villains. The trick is to keep the size of it down to under 1400 words
so don't be too ambitious! We will be judging the entries on style, writing clarity and whether the story grabs the
judges. We will be posting a sample Ace Tale in the next few days but start thinking about your ideas. The rules for
the competition are:
1. Closing date for all entries is 12.00 pm BST Monday 29th June.
2. This competition is not open to any TAG staff.
3. Each author entering the competition may submit up to 6 Ace Tales.
4. All TAG settings are open to the competition. You may write for Hellfrost, Sundered Skies, Necropolis 2350,
The Daring Tales series and Wonderland No More.
5. Each Ace Tale must be between 1200-1400 words. This is important and any entries outside this range will
be disqualified from the competition.
6. All entries become the copyright of Triple Ace Games.

The Realm of Rassilon
You asked for it and we felt it would help fill the gap while the next 2 books are being printed.
Here is the complete map of Rassilon created especially for the Gazatteer by Justin Russell.
From the Veermark in the East to The Battlelands in the West, this detailed map shows all of the major l
ocations in Rassilon. This is the only information we will be making available ahead of the Gazatteer
as we don't want to spoil the release of the book. We hope it gives enough information for those GM's

Chasing mobsters over a frozen Alaskan lake might be fun, but when an airplane suddenly drops from the sky and the heroes are attacked

from Tunguska being sought by the Nazis, it's definitely a day to remember!
Following the clues, our intrepid heroes visit the vast expanse of Mother Russia. Here they must unravel the location of the sacred

Games Expo 2009
Yes we can confirm that TAG will be making a big splash at Games Expo 2009, Birmingham (June 5th, 6th & 7th).
